Thomas grew up in Selma, Alabama and moved to Baldwin County in 2009, upon completing law school.  He first started working in Baldwin County with the Baldwin County District Attorney’s Office, where he tried countless bench trials and was a part of more than 20 jury trials, with the vast majority of those being the lead prosecutor.  That experience within the halls of the Baldwin County Courthouse allowed him to litigate a wide array of cases in private practice.  As an example, since joining Wilkins, Bankester, Biles & Wynne, Thomas has successfully tried cases involving defending a construction company in a construction defect claim, prosecuting a breach of contract claims involving a real property purchase agreement, defending a minor involved in a motor vehicle accident case, as well as numerous criminal trials ranging from theft to murder.

Thomas believes that the most important job of an attorney is to advocate on behalf of his client, and do so to the best of your ability.  This is true no matter the client, or the size of the case.  This vigilance and willingness to go the extra step is what he believes separates Wilkins, Bankester, Biles & Wynne from other law firms.  “I want it to be known, when you hire me, and Wilkins, Bankester, Biles & Wynne, we are going to fight for you as hard as we can, whether it is a $500 case or a $5,000,000 case.  We’re going to work as hard as humanly possible to ensure we get the best end result we can, whether that be through settlement or jury trial, on every single case.”

Thomas is married to Ginnie Pilcher, and has three young children.  They attend Christ the King Catholic Church.  He and his family are active within the community, serving on various Boards, and helping the community however they can.
