Lance joined Wilkins, Bankester, Biles & Wynne, P.A., in August of 2017. Growing up, Lance was taught the value of hard work and dedication. He believes the time he spent playing baseball at the University of South Alabama and for the Detroit Tigers further engraved these values in him. He is proud to work for a firm dedicated to providing clients with superior results.
Lance has experience handling a wide variety of cases, but specializes in representing plaintiffs in matters involving personal injury, wrongful death, truck and automobile accidents, product liability, and workers’ compensation litigation. He has been involved in numerous successful cases, and has recovered millions of dollars for his clients.
Lance believes the scope of his representation far exceeds the handling of the client’s case.
“Representing a client means more than compensating them. I strive to develop a personal relationship with each of my clients and routinely communicate with them to ensure they’re comfortable during what is normally a troubling period of their life.”
Lance graduated with honors from Birmingham School of Law in 2015. While in law school, he was elected and served as President of the Judge Hugh Locke Honor Society. He currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Young Lawyers Section of the Alabama State Bar.
Lance is married to Morrell Baxter. He enjoys being outdoors hunting, fishing, or working on his farm. Lance also enjoys giving pitching lessons to kids around Baldwin County.
